Sash & Polish operates across six suburbs in Melbourne's inner-east. If your property sits outside these areas, it's worth a call. But we won't take work we can't do properly, and we'll tell you so directly.

What happens after you get in touch

We read every enquiry and come back with a straightforward response: either a quote, a question or two to get there, or an honest answer if we're not the right fit. No automated replies, no sales process. If your enquiry is time-sensitive, note it in the form and we'll prioritise accordingly.

Common questions about getting in touch

Do I need to provide a lot of detail to get a quote?

The more you can tell us, the more accurate the quote, but you don't need to have all the answers. Suburb, property type, and a rough sense of what you're concerned about (leadlight panels, upper-level windows, hard water staining) is enough to get started. We'll ask if we need more.

How quickly will you respond?

We respond to enquiries during business hours. For pre-sale bookings or anything with a date attached, note the deadline in your message and we'll come back to you the same day where possible.

Can I call instead of filling in the form?

Yes. If your photography date is this week, if you're not sure whether what you're looking at is hard water staining or a blown seal, or if you'd simply rather talk through the job, call 03 9961 6078. The form is there for people who prefer it, not because it's the only option.

Do you service areas outside the six suburbs listed?

Occasionally, depending on the property and timing. If you're outside Toorak, South Yarra, Armadale, Malvern, Hawthorn and Kew, it's worth getting in touch. But we'll only accept the booking if we can do the job properly, and we'll tell you clearly either way.

Can I ask a question without committing to a booking?

Of course. Questions before a quote are always welcome. It's how most jobs begin. If you're not sure whether your windows need specialist care, or what a job on your type of property typically involves, ask. We'll give you a straight answer.
